I have decided to post this statement on my website, because it is a request that I am constantly dealing with.

SPECIFIC CLIENT COMPANY NAMES AND LOCATIONS

FOR

MY ACTIVE RECRUITING ASSGNMENTS

Many of you have emailed me or called me requesting specific client company names, locations and other very specific information about my active recruiting assignments.

I would like to tell you all and freely disseminate the requested information however this is no longer possible.

Unfortunately several times this year I gave out very specific information about my client assignments by email or phone. The candidates who requested this information were able to identify my clients and are now working for them.

In one instance the candidate knew someone at the facility and called him about the position. In another case the candidate determined who my client was and applied directly. These actions may have been done innocently.

I only collect my fee when I introduce the candidate to the client company, provide them with the resume and help them with the hire.

In both the above cases I did not get paid and in one case had spent nearly two weeks working on the assignment.

So now I have to be much more careful about what I say and do.
